What could they improve?
We couldn’t find a way to start completely from scratch, so instead I had to use one of their templates.
They have a voiceover feature where you paste text and the voiceover is generated from a (small) set of voices. Unless you’re going for a robotic vibe, I’d steer clear of this and either do your own voiceover or hire a professional on Fiverr.com.
