Judging by their raving feedback, it was quite a hit, and we can’t wait to do it all over again with even more students next year! February of love, we celebrated the birthdays of 12 FX family members at our monthly goals meeting! Anna Rose Bakery provided delicious treats so the whole company could join the celebration (the peanut butter cookie sandwiches didn’t last long at all).

Autocratic leaders are defined

The reason it works so well is that it sets a goal, establishes the methods to reach that goal, and sets people to work. There’s no room for second-guessing or questioning, and a leader’s orders efficiently travel down the chain of command. That lets autocratic leaders accomplish their goals quickly. They thrive under that quick-moving versatility, and they seek to establish consistency and predictability.
There’s not much accountability
With all of those goals, it’s easy to keep buying house b managers and workers on-task most of the time — they’ll constantly have their hands full. On the downside, full power in one person means it’s easy for that person to abuse it. on the leader’s part, and if their only motive is profit, they’ll do anything they can to get more. Their single-minded mentality can also discourage ideas from their managers and workers, which consequently harms morale.
